Importing ms word 2010 generated rtf file containing even/odd header/footer, but disabled showing even/odd headers shows even/odd header/footer on each page. Found this issue on version 3.6.5, 4.0.4 and 4.1.1.2 on windows and linux.

It works ok in 3.3.0, but already broken in 3.5.0 (actually 3.5.0 shows only 1 page!). Still seen in latest master.
