Description Ralf Habacker 2013-10-29 08:52:38 UTC
Importing ms word 2010 generated rtf file containing even/odd header/footer, but disabled showing even/odd headers shows even/odd header/footer on each page.

Found this issue on version 3.6.5, 4.0.4 and 4.1.1.2 on windows and linux.

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I reproduce the problem.
I noticed several times these logs:
warn:writerfilter:21331:1:writerfilter/source/dmapper/StyleSheetTable.cxx:428: Style type needs to be processed first
warn:svl:21331:1:svl/source/items/style.cxx:256: StyleSheet-Follow not found

Miklos: one for you?

It works ok in 3.3.0, but already broken in 3.5.0 (actually 3.5.0 shows only 1 page!).

Still seen in latest master.
