Not sure this is related to/a dupe of bug 51534 @Jan-Peter: do you think it's related/a dupe? Also, if not: can you provide a screenshot of how it looks like? Do you mean with 'system settings' the background settings of your OS (like a high-contrast UI) or the background settings in LibreOffice)? Adding Joel, whom also uses a high contrast UI :-).
