Does this happen with all templates or a specific one? spoolsv.exe is a printer service - any print jobs or device drivers updated recently?
changer status to NEEDINFO please answer previous questions. by the way, upgrading to 4.1.4.2 is suggested.

Dear QA Team, I think I could identify the source of the bug: the frozen state at the sw start happens when printing service had not been started in system.
