To fix TDF site LibreOffice download.

4.1.0, 4.0.3 and 3.6.7 are not pre-releases versions.

Today 4.0.4 and 4.1.2 show pre-releases...

Fixed due the new website. We also do have now 'Fresh' and 'Stable':
