When I open a file which contains non-latin symbols in the name, the icon of LO hides somewhere :)

It always happens with opening via file manager, when I use Ctrl+O - all is fine.

It's old annoying bug, since I use LO in KDE4, about few years.

LuboÅ¡ LuÅak committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

set window icon also as _NET_WM_ICON (fdo#71494)



The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
