Tested using Mac OSX 10.9 with LibreOffice Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha1+

* Create a new writer document
* Insert > Indexes and tables > Indexes and tables

Behavior: freeze

I have to force quit LibreOffice.

Yes I think it is a dub of bug 71694

@Thomas: sorry I undo your Duplicate marking. I'm not 100% that's a dupe because I can't confirm a freeze using the steps explained here with libreoffice 4.1.3. It even crashes without using headings or text in the document (which Bug 71694 is referring to).

Therefore I hope a developer with more background knowledge on code side can compare both issues.
