Ignore changeset 5 (still learning git). Changeset 6 should include the right data (file encoding problem in vim). I'll build it and see if that gets it working.

Looks good. Built and seems to work fine on this end. Like the Khmer and Thai spellcheckers, it'll be limited to how ICU detects the words (might give false negatives and/or false-positives), but at least it's a start! Thanks to each of you for your help!
Lol, actually, got one more change - needs a single 'word' added to the list. Will comment once it's ready.
