Bug ID 65573 is similar. This one pertains to templates. I wanted to have the file name appear in the footer for each file (as I can in Writer). I created a template file called MyLibreCalc. Format Page Footer Edit Left Area Click on the second icon at the bottom to insert 'Title' -- MyLibreCalc appears as a shaded field. Save the *.ots file I create a new file (before saving), and the footer keeps the value MyLibreCalc. I save the new file to a normal file name, and the footer keeps the value MyLibreCalc, even I close it and reopen it. I go into the template, clear the Left Area entry so that it's blank again, save the *.ots file. That doesn't work -- "MyLibreCalc" still appears in new files created.
The field name is called title as it takes the title from the document properties found by going to File > Properties... and clicking on the Description tab.

I do not see any question explaining why the status was NEEDINFO. This bug report should have been closed as WorksForMe, because of comment #1. Best regards. JBF
