Screenshot

I tried the new Apple Keynote import filter in LibreOffice 4.2 Beta1 and it has problems with images in the slides. They are not correctly placed and also not correctly scaled.

How to reproduce:
(1) I opened this presentation here: http://599378.wikispaces.com/file/detail/creative%20writing.key

(2) I imports nicely, but imported images have some problems. See attached screenshot.

The same keynote file, converted by zamzar.com to PNGs: http://ubuntuone.com/55DQ3CTyL20ztuc1hwjRvw

Besides the place & scale of the images, also the background is lost among some other things.

Thank you for your bug report, I can reproduce this bug running
Version: 4.2.0.0.beta1
Build ID: f4ca7b35f580827ad2c69ea6d29f7c9b48ebbac7
OS: Mac osx 10.9.

There also seems to be some problem with loading the background. It is just white instead of colored.

That is because background color is not imported at all yet (neither is any other formatting).

But image scaling should work, I think.

Is it possible that LibreOffice 4.2.3 simply imports nothing when opening the Keynote presentation from the download link?

On a new LibreOffice installation, Impress loads the file, but display a completely empty slide. Nothing was imported, not even the text.

Can anyone test and confirm this?

Indeed. libetonyek 0.0.3 does not import any content at all.

That part is fixed now. Btw, it has nothing to do with this bug--please create a new bug report next time.
