SVG drawn in Inkscape (Inkscape SVG version)

Problem description: The attached SVG, created in Inkscape, does not import correctly in LO Draw - it loses the text labels.

This happens with both the Inkscape SVG and saved as a Plain SVG.

The SVG imports correctly (in both Inkscape and Plain versions) in AOO 4.0.1.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.6.2 release

Plain SVG version.

I have tested this failure to import in LO 4.0 for Ubuntu and LO 4.1 for Windows.

The missing text in case of File > Open is already tracked in bug 32248.

There are no problems with the text, when you use the way Insert > Image. I have tried it with LO4.3 and LO4.1
