In Tools > Spelling and grammar... 
When you click on the Options button, the dialog box does not open. Appears only a small piece of title bar (?). See attached file.

I confirm on windows 7/64 & Version: 4.2.0.0.beta2
Build ID: 1a27be92e320f97c20d581a69ef1c8b99ea9885d

Reproduce (qa-fr) on Windows XP SP3

Not Reproduce (qa-fr) on Ubuntu 13.10 64 bits.
