Description Alexander Wilms 2013-12-20 19:54:13 UTC
Problem description:
The difference between the 'Modify' and the 'Edit' buttons is in my opinion not very clear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Insert > Indexes and Tables > Bibliography Entry
2. Click 'Insert', then 'Close'
3. Select inserted short name and select 'Bibliography Entry' in context menu

Current behavior:
Wonder whether to click 'Modify' or 'Edit'

Expected behavior:
Have on button 'Edit' and one button 'Apply'

Operating System: All
Version: 4.1.0.4 release

Not a bug but an enhancement.
That said, I am not sure if Apply is better than Modify.

Best regards. JBF

I tend to agree with this - "Apply" seems to mean "apply the change that you made," edit and modify are essentially synonyms.

Going to go ahead and mark this as NEW

New
Enhancement
Lowest -- not very used feature + after one time you know what the difference is:)

Also adding Astron since he's UX guy to confirm - if he confirms I'll push a patch.
