Description Andy 2014-01-14 16:15:42 UTC
Problem description:
when you are dragging the scrollbar to move around a sheet, the sheet display gets corrupted until you release the scrollbar: while you are holding the scrollbar it does not show what you should see in the part of the sheet you are moving to, but a corrupt and false repetition of what was in the cell range you started from. This was not happening in 4.1.2 and previous releases.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.0.2 rc
Last worked in: 4.1.4.2 release
