Have tested on Writer and Calc.
Probably affects Base and Impress too, but I haven't tested.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open either application, empty file.
* Make the toolbar "Form Controls" visible and insert any form (I've only tested Checkbox and Textbox).
* Export directly as PDF, enter any file name and save.
* An error message appears. In this particular case it says:

H:\mineDokumenter\textbox.pdf
---------------------------
Windows cannot find 'H:\mineDokumenter\textbox.pdf'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

not reproducible under Win7 64bit using LibO 4.1.4.2
please attach a test file.

It's a duplicate of Bug 68099. It's caused by 'View PDF after Export' option. You need to export with the settings dialog once and uncheck that option. Alternatively you may try version 4.2 which has this bug fixed.
