LibreOffice-4.2.0.4 (final); Windows OS only:
1. Run the ‘LibreOffice-4.2.0’ program.
2. Choose advanced option of menu ‘Tools’.
3. Click on the ‘Expert Configuration’ button.
4. The ‘soffice.bin’ process is freezes.
The history of the problem:
 This bug was present in the ‘LibreOffice-4.2.0.2(rc2)’ program.
 The bug was fixed in the ‘LibreOffice-4.2.0.3(rc3)’ program. But another error was born after this patch. Start Center tips no longer understand Cyrillic font in the file path.
 The ‘LibreOffice-4.2.0.4’ program returned to an old bug, eliminating a new bug of Cyrillic fonts.
This is a regression, so status is critical.

This bug needs to be confirmed by an independent person - should be UNCONFIRMED and not on MAB until that happens. Removing from MAB and setting to UNCONFIRMED
