When trying to open a CorelDraw (.cdr) file or when trying to open a LO .odg file previously saved from a CorelDraw file opened in LO 4.1 get message "LO has encountered a problem" and LO shuts down. LO 4.1 was able to open .cdr files and such files saved as .odg files where handled without any issues
I have no problem with a couple of randomly chosen cdr files. Could you attach a sample file?
Created attachment 94579 [details] Coreldraw file Problem file as requested. Do you also need a copy of the .odg file created from the .cdr file that I also cannot open in the latest LO?
I tried to open the .cdr file with LibreOffice Draw 4.1.4.2 and 4.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: db0222881be20744c071be451d77a7dc4a0dbb56 TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-02-21_10:31:05 on Debian Unfortunately, I can not. Draw freezes with 100% usage of one CPU core and ~1Gbyte memory usage. Valgrind log consists of repeated strings: ==19996== Warning: set address range perms: large range [0x3959d040, 0x785a4d40) (undefined) ==19996== Warning: set address range perms: large range [0x3959d030, 0x785a4d50) (noaccess)
Confirmed:4.2.1.1:OSX NEW
It opens okay here; it just takes forever (>30 mins).
I still can not open the file with LibreOffice 4.3.3 and 4.5.0.0beta1 on Debian x86-64. Maybe I do not wait enough or have not enough memory.

This one seems fixed in v5.1+ I can open it with v5.1.5.2 under ubuntu 16.04 x64 and windows 7 x64.
