hi Dino, I cannot retest your bug but I suggest to upgrade to 4.2.3.3 since the 4.2.0.4 was a very early and unstable release (more than 300 bugs have been fixed meanwhile).

so upgrade, retest and tell us your results.

I add label expert to CC list.

Hi Dino,

I have a some troubles in translating the screenshot you uploaded, so I might be wrong:
It looks like you use a custom defined label (Utente, 8.4x8.3cm, 2colsx3rows).
Does creating a new document work when you do not connect to a source?
Knowing that narrows down the possible problem areas.

If it does work, the label definition and document generation seems to be OK and the connection with your source becomes important (but difficult to test for me).

If it does not work, can you provide me with the definition of your label form (sizes, margins, positions, orientation, columns, rows)?
