Problem description: 
Letter spacing is wrong if my zoom is at 100%
if I increase the zoom to 120% seem go ok.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Writer a text with "Arial" font and 100% zoom
2. Zoom it to 120%

Current behavior:
show bad letter spacing

Expected behavior:
right letter spacing as MS Office
              
Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.1.4.2 release

basically you complain about the spacing between the "B" and "a" in the word "Baragiola" at 100% zoom level.

I cannot reproduce this issue under Win7x64 using 4.1.5.3 and 4.2.3.3 
try upgrading to one of those versions or download a portable release for testing purposes from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/winpenpack/files/X-LibreOffice/releases/

please retest with current LibO 4.2.5.2
