Example of docx file that does not open properly.

After the file is opened, LibreOffice appears to go into an infinite loop, adding new pages. 

This is a docx file.

tested under Win7 64bit
infinite loop adding pages with 4.1.4.2
no loop with 4.2.0.4 (document has 15 pages numbered from 38 to 52)

so it seems that the big in the 4.1.x version is fixed in the 4.2.x branch
