Detailed text from the System Event Viewer
Installed the latest master build for WINDOWS(x64) from TinderBox # 42 (libo-master~2014-02-11_03.49.43_LibreOfficeDev_220.127.116.11.alpha0_Win_x86.msi)
While trying to open the LibreOffice, received and pop-up message that "The program can't start because LCMS2.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I am encountering the same problem on my Windows 8.1 machine.
After installing master from TinderBox#42 from today (11.02.2014) - cannot run it with same error.

Lets mark as new then :)
problem was introduced by commit 4af38b099c741c3676aefeb20c515913aaeed666
got a fix locally but gerrit is down right now...
ah gerrit working again :)
Michael Stahl committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
