Created attachment 93837 [details] Detailed text from the System Event Viewer Installed the latest master build for WINDOWS(x64) from TinderBox # 42 (libo-master~2014-02-11_03.49.43_LibreOfficeDev_4.3.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86.msi) While trying to open the LibreOffice, received and pop-up message that "The program can't start because LCMS2.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Detailed text from the System Event Viewer is attached with the bug.
I am encountering the same problem on my Windows 8.1 machine. After installing master from TinderBox#42 from today (11.02.2014) - cannot run it with same error.

problem was introduced by commit 4af38b099c741c3676aefeb20c515913aaeed666 got a fix locally but gerrit is down right now...

Michael Stahl committed a patch related to this issue.
