Problem description: When creating a new plot, if the grid lines are enabled, the legend is automatically positioned underneath those lines. If the user changes the legend background from none to a color, the legend entries are covered by that color thus making the legend unreadable. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create new plot 2. Double clic on the legend 3. Change the legend color Current behavior: The legend entries are covered by the legend background Expected behavior: The legend background should change without hiding the writings Operating System: Mac OS X Version: 4.2.0.4 release
I was able to reproduce this bug. I changed the background color of the key and that color did in fact cover the key. (eg, I changed the key's background color to orange, so now there is just an orange box and supposedly the text to the key is underneath this.
Meant to add, my libreoffice version was the same as the original posters, however my platform is linux x86-64.
