LO draw file of three rectangles. Smaller rectangles report wrong sizes.

Create a small rectangle. Select it and use F4 to display the size. If the rectangle is smaller than 10 mm x 10 mm, LO will wrongly report the size as 10 x 10.
The attached file shows three rectangles. The largest is 10 mm x 10 mm. When selected and F4 pressed, the program correctly reports that the object is 10 x 10.
The two smaller rectangles are also reported as 10x10, despite being smaller. An attempt to adjust their size by typing in values smaller than 10 mm to the height or width fails.
