Description thou.than 2014-02-17 20:27:32 UTC
I use a template for a letter with name and address fields. In this version 4.2.0.4 of LibreOffice not all address fields are shown (just before printing) and blank lines are NOT suppressed after printing.

1) The template has been used for several years across numerous versions and works perfectly. All fields display correct along with blank line suppression.

I have redone a new template with three different methods of applying field and blank line suppression to no avail.

All versions work up to and including the one I have now reverted to (V4.1.3.2)

I reinstalled three different versions to check.

Cannot use version 4.2

Terry, can you re-check with v4.2.5.2 or v4.3.0.2 to confirm if the problem still exists with the template? Also, which fields in particular are not being displayed? The issue of blank line suppression during printing would appear to be covered by bug 35798.

Status set to NEEDINFO. Please set back to UNCONFIRMED when reporting back. Summary edited for clarity. Severity may also need to be set to major, but left for now.
