when exporting to pdf, the pdf is not printable, even if you chose "printing allowed". The flag was ignored.

Hi, could you join the original odt and the pdf document that is not printable otherwise we won't be able to try to reproduce your issue. Also what is your operating system and the pdf application you are using? Thanks -

Additional information received in a private mail:
"Even if you chose "printing high resolution", the pdf is not allowed to print.
If no password is activated, printing is allowed.

In Version 4.1.4 it worked fine, but not in 4.2.2 (also not in 4.2.0 and 4.2.1)"
So it's a duplicate of bug 74654 - Sophie
