Are Swedish spelling dictionaries the same version between Ubuntu and Windows? if yes, for the test, could you give a try to 4.1.5 or 4.2.3 LO version by using ppa (see https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ppa) if no, could you put the same version on Ubuntu?
