Asian phonetic guide in Excel

It would be nice if there could be Asian phonetic guide text (Ruby) in Calc.
When I use Japanese kanji characters, Asian phonetic guides are very important for readers.

In Excel, you can display and edit rubies characters. 
Please check an image I attached.
