Note: in following attachment the page orientation is not retained, but this bug report is only about the doubling of the content. Tested using Mac OSX 10.9 with LibreOffice Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: aeab0183e86fe011d32058864c02b2de4da32dc9 TinderBox: MacOSX-x86@49-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-03-24_05:49:57 * Download attachment of bug 76361 (attachment 96050 [details]) * Open using Writer * File > Save As (.docx) Open original and roundtripped file using MS Word. Behavior: * Original file consist of 8 pages (some portrait, other landscape) * Roundtripped file consist of 19 pages, page 8 has the same content of page 1 (again). Page 7 is not the last page of the original file. Looks like there is something in the export handling that just starts overnew. Tested using Mac OSX 10.9 with LibreOffice Version: 4.2.3.1 Build ID: 3d4fc3d9dbf8f4c0aeb61498a81f91c5b7922f13 I can not reproduce this doubling of content. -> Regression Kind regards, Joren
Hi Rajashri, I add you to this bug report due you work on bug 76361. Not sure this is related to your work. Kind regards, Joren
@Jorendc are you still seeing the doubling content issue with current LibO 4.3.2.2 I tested under Win7x64 and rountripped .docx doesn't look double if viewed in LibO or Docx Reader (I don't have MS Word).
for me also not reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1)
nice to hear that, now a MacOS tester is needed before setting this as RESOLVED WORKSFORME
Created attachment 108480 [details] Screenshot of original and roundtripped docx files.
I have tested this document on OS X 10.9.4 using LO v4.4.0.0.alpha1 and Word 2011 for Mac. NOREPRO: both the original and roundtripped files open with 8 pages. However, close inspection of the righthand table borders for the landscaped pages (see attachment) indicates the original issue may have been related to the way the table was reformatted to fit across multiple pages. Status -> WORKSFORME.
