Original document's Text Frame created in an older version Writer do not have borders.
Document read in with ver 4.2.3.2 automatically got borders shown.
After hidden the border with both the Border Tool and the Line Style Tool, It seems work. 
After save and quit, and then re-entre, the Border appear again. This also appear in the printed document.
Now the work around is using the  Line color of Border Tool to change the line color to write so that line look disappear when printed.
