file with the diagram which contains the described problem

Problem description:
A diagram which visualizes consumption values of water, current (within one month) is shown on the x-axis the wrong values with an offset of "4".
The diagram has been created with LO calc 4.1.x.x. Everything works well. In version 4.2.x.x the interpretation of the x-axis an the "data point" inside the diagram (the data point pops up, if you move the mouse cursor on the data point)shows the wrong date. In the attached file I added a diagram created with calc 4.2.3.1. The you can see the difference of the x-axis description.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the attached/uploaded file and look at the diagram especially the description of the x-axis.
2. Use one time calc 4.1.x.x, observe the x-axis.
3. Use one time calc 4.2.3.1, observe the x-axis.

Current behavior:
The shown date(x-axis) starts not with the first of march 01.03.

Expected behavior:
The shown date(x-axis) should start with the first of march 01.03.

Operating System: All
Version: 4.2.2.1 release
