My customised default template + 2 screenshots showing exactly the same document but the difference reported in the sidebar and the para command

Problem description:

I'm not totally sure which version this started to appear in.

I use a customised template set to default. In the "default text" style line spacing is set at 110%, and the spacing after each para is 0.20cm. But when I open a new document (based on this or my other templates) the spacing appears correctly in the actual document, and is reported correctly if I use the format/paragraph command, but over in the sidebar it tells me that the space after is 10cm!

If I clear the direct formatting the sidebar then reports the spacing correctly.

For the most part this is only a very minor irritation, but I first noticed it because in some documents starting a new para did indeed open up a 10cm space. This hasn't happened lately so I can't reproduce it, but I'm concerned there might be some deeper problem
