Product Name: LibreOffice version 4.2.1.1
Repro Environment: Windows 8.1 x86/x64
Description of the Problem:Icons do not resize when the screen is scaled to 250%DPI

Detailed Steps to Reproduce the Problem: 
Prerequisites:
Steps to enable DPI scaling:
1. Press Windows+S or swipe from the right and select the Search charm
2. Type “Make text and other items larger or smaller” and select the result
3. Select “Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays”
4. Select “Custom sizing options”
5. Select the desired scaling
6. Sign out and sign back in to apply the scaling settings

Repro Steps:
1. Apply 250% DPI
2. Launch the Setup Wizard
Actual Results: Icons do not resize when the screen is scaled to 250%DPI

Bug 51733 may be somewhat related, as this also requires high resolution icons...

I believe this has been fixed in 4.2.3 and later. Can you verify?

I tried this and the bug can still be reproduced in LibreOffice 4.4.0.3 on Windows 8.1 64bit (see attached screenshot 113708).

Thank you for reporting the bug. I can confirm that the bug is present in LibreOffice_5.4.3.1_Win_x64.On widows 10.

I looked at this one. Same with 6.2+. But seems meaningless to me. 
It's not icons in LO, it's just 2 icons in Setup Wizard. 
Not sure if it's NotOurBug, maybe not, but surely not worth keeping open.
