xorg log at the time of the KDE freeze after Libreoffice froze.

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the K Menu, and select Applications -> Office -> Word processor
2. Libreoffice begins to start up, but freezes.
3. Click close at top right of Libreoffice window, and wait until a popup allows the option to close it.
4. If that option is selected then Libreoffice closes and KDE remains useable, but if this is left for a minute then KDE/X freezes.

Current behavior: Libreoffice freezes

Expected behavior: Libreoffice works normally

Latest stable archlinux KDE version 4.12.4-1

After update of libreoffice to include libreoffice-kde4 4.2.3-2, using the KDE menu to start Libreoffice writer the screen paints the application startup but it crashes with incomplete painting of the initial Libreoffice window, and freezes KDE/X. Also if starting via a text console with libreoffice --writer, then libreoffice freezes the same way but not every time. At first when the application freezes KDE is still active with the mouse cursor able to use the rest of KDE, but if attempting to close LO via the cross at top right of its window, then after some seconds a popup allows the option to shut it down. I am attaching a screenshot showing this popup and the incomplete libreoffice window.

If the system is left alone at this point then KDE freezes completely and no longer allows mouse input. I can ssh into the system to reboot to get the system operational again at that point.

I will attach a screenshot shortly.

I use also archlinux, kde4 and I confirm the bug,

but it's a random bug, sometimes it works, but sometimes there is a freeze immediatly at startup,

the guilty seems to be the libreoffice-kde4 package ( kde4 integration ), because if I uninstall this package then libreoffice can be started without freezes

Removing the package libreoffice-kde4 using pacman -R libreoffice-kde4 also stops this crash happening for me.

Also can confirm, also still affecting 4.2.3-2 on arch. Removing -kde4 LO package does allow it launch but of course looks terrible as expected. Running libreoffice --writer also hangs/crashes, however runninng libreoffice --writer --strace does not/it loads OK (with kde4 LO package). Very weird and very urgent for us office users, at least however with strace there is a temporary workaround for us, thanks,

Arch Linux x64 Latest Updates (KDE 4.12.4-1), LO 4.2.3-2, kern 3.14.0-5 ARCH

May be duplicate of https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77128 just found as well, looks to be fixed but can't really understand if that means we have to wait for 4.2.4 or if a hotfix? No matter should be good as soon as that gets pushed downstream
