small sample table, with cell borders specified

Last month (can't now identify the version) cell borders showed well; now they don't.
Current version on Ubuntu is
4.2.3.3 420m0 (Build:3)

Sorry, this report is wrong. The problem was that the new version of LO had Table/Table boundaries set OFF, and that also turned all cell borders OFF.

Is this a new behviour? - I can't remember coming across it before. Switching cell borders off as well as table boundaries seems dangerous practice - if the document is opened in read-only mode, then the setting can't be seen, and any auto-creation of PDF from the original RTF also lacks the cell borders, without any indication of the cause of the problem.

If this IS new behaviour, I'd be happy to re-report, with a better summary.
