Description gduryee 2014-04-17 21:10:10 UTC
Drawings imported from Visio appear as 9 X 12 sheets instead of 8.5 X 11. They cannot be printed as a single page and only show up as two page portrait. Landscape does not work as an option. The portrait format will not allow resizing in the printer setup menus to fit on a letter size page.

Please attach an example document for others to test. Also, which version of Visio were the files created in? Like Draw documents, Visio documents can have a custom page size, although the default is, as you indicate a specific size. I just downloaded the Visio 2003 Sample pack of 20 diagrams:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24023

Opening about half of them in v4.3.0.2 reveals some custom page sizes but most are the default 8.5" x 11.0" (or rotated version thereof). Status set to NEEDINFO. Summary amended for clarity. Please set the status back to UNCONFIRMED once an example file displaying the problem is attached and the requested information provided.
