Problem description: 
Table borders lines does not appear after update.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a (new) docoument
2. Create a Table with border

Current behavior:
It is not possible to see the lines.

Expected behavior:
The table borders appear.

Already reported (and fixed) as Bug 76195 - regression: with "Table Boundaries" disabled, the borders of tables are not visible.
