A column of numbers is added using sum(:).  The column and sum is copied and pasted to a location above the original using ctrl shift v and shift cells down.  The original sum is now incorrrect.

For example:

insert 1 in A2, 2 in A3 and 3 in A4.  Insert sum(A2:A4) in A5.  Copy A2:A5 and "paste special" using "ctrl shift v"  into A1.  At the prompt select "shift cells down".  The sum in A9 now contains sum(A2:A8) instead of sum(A6:A8) !
