installation wizard error dialog

This system is Windows 7 AMD 64 bit.

I am trying to update from 4.2.0.4 to the current release 4.2.3.3. When I run the installer, I get a window "File in Use" which says following applications need to be closed - listed is "Windows Explorer (Process ID: 3812). And installation is terminated. (see attachment)

This is similar to bug 69066 that occurred when installing an earlier version. I was able to resolve that problem as I commented.
But this time its a different Process ID, and the same solution (turning off thumbnails) did not fix this problem.

4.2.4.2 is out do you still experience the same upgrade bug?

I just upgraded to 4.2.4.2 and the installer operation was normal.
