Footer is not saved at all. 

I use ODT file format for my document.
Insert page number into footer, save document, close document, open document, the footer is empty. No matter how many times I repeat this sequence, the footer is never saved.

not reproducible under Win7x64 using 4.2.3.3
I can save page numbers in footer 

could you please provide a test file and more detailed description of the exact steps to reproduce the bug?

It started working now.
But I swear it didn't work several times. Something was wrong. Then I got a strange glitch: all list markers (dots) in my document were suddenly replaced with (10) signs like white 10 in a black circle, then I changed all of them back to dots manually, and then saving footers also started working

is there any way you can reproduce the bug again?

if YES, describe steps, attach test document and set status to UNCONFIRMED
