Installed with server installation GUI.
Installed by default in Spanish (OS language)
Clean profile.

Trying to change the UI language.
Menu/Tools/Options/Language settings/Languages -> Crash.

Confirming, on Windows 7 sp1, 64-bit. en-US

UI functions normally until the Tools -> Options menu is selected. A GUI element starts to open, and then interface locks.  Have to kill the process to exit.

Could be related to Windows TB non-build issues that Markus M. tracked down, but this is a regression from
