Problem description: 
Image in header not preserved after RT, section break is not being preserved.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import the attached file.
2. Save it as docx.

Current behavior:
Image gets lost in the roundtrip file.

Expected behavior:
Image should get ptreserved in the roundtrip file.

Repro, tested using windows 8.1 with LibreOffice Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha1+

@Sourav: Looks like the whole first page is not preserved. might be related to the section break?

This Issue is fixed on latest master.By commit https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/gitweb?p=core.git;a=commitdiff;h=b4ccde72b8e2e45e7276d5b08b182495a1b1a617
Verified on latest Ubuntu Build.
