This problem did not arise in previous versions of LibreOffice, but I am unable to give the specific version number. Current behavior: crash, and spreadsheet goes to repair when opening again Expected behavior:inserting a new row, without crash... Operating System: All Version: 4.2.3.3 release
Alain, can you clear the document from sensitive information and please attach a file to reproduce the problem to this bug. That will help a lot in getting this solved.

It should be fixed in 4.2.4 version. However, if you can reproduce this problem with 4.2.4, don't hesitate to reopen this tracker. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 77459 ***
