Created attachment 98717 [details] XML file showing how cell notation in formulas is translated incorrectly The attached XML file works properly in Excel and OpenOffice but not in LibreOffice. The formulas in E and I that pull data (VLOOKUP) from the 2nd sheet are not "translated" correctly from the cell notation in the XML file. For example the formula in cell E3 will point to D11 instead of D3.

I downloaded the attached XML file, opened it in Version: 5.4.1.2 (x64) in Windows 10 (version 1703 - OS Build 15063.540). I copied the list of codes from column A rows 2-27 from sheet "Codes" into column D (rows 3-28) of sheet "Patient Charges" and the formulas are correct and pull in the correct data. This one "WORKSFORME".
