C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\template\Default.ott does not exist.

Hi

There must be no such document.
I suppose you wish to restore the default template.

To do this: 
1.File> Templates> Manage
2.Click the Action tool (toothed wheel)
3.Reset Default template > Text document

see attached screenshot. 

I close the Issue but feel free to reopen with more information if necessary.
