Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached .pub document and see differences between LibreOffice 4.2.4 ( pub_resize_error-01.jpg ) and Office 2003 ( pub_resize_error-02.jpg )

Current behavior: images aren't cropped

Expected behavior: crop images

              
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.2.4.2 release

the bug is also present in version 4.3beta1 (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS).

CONFIRMED with LibreOffice Versions: 4.1.2.2 and 4.2.3.3
on Ubuntu 12.04.4

Yep -- Image is not cropped.

LO 3.3.0.4 displays a filter-selection dialog when I try to open this file; it appears that this bug does not predate LO.

Publisher import first appeared in 4.0.

Present in Scribus 1.5.2svn using libmspub 0.1.2
