i opened the file in writer 4.2.4 and can pdf export it or print it through a pdf printer in Linux Mint i see the border with the outputs. Testing the same in Windows XP and same result.
Did you attach to Base Database or just print the document? It prints fine until you use the database.
Yes i printed it directly. Can provide a base database file to test this with and some instructions.
