Problem description: 
text is (incorrectly) showed out of rotated text area

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached .pub document (rotated_text.pub) on both LO an MS Office 2003
2. See the difference

Current behavior:
If test area is rotated the text is displayed outside of it. It should not be. View original (pub_rotated_text-02.png).
