If you find NORM.S.DIST function (added in 4.3) in the Function Wizard, you will see the following description: "The values of the standard normal cumulative distribution." The second parameter of this function specifies whether the returned value is cumulative or not, so the description should be generalized as: "The values of the standard normal distribution."
