Problem description: 
There is no "toggle text wrapping" button in the toolbar

Steps to reproduce:
1. try to add a toggle text wrap button to toolbar
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
No button exists

Expected behavior:
A button is available
             
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.2.4.2 release

Toolbars depend on the module environment. Do you speak about Calc, Writer, Draw, or Impress?
