My working sheet.

Problem description: Insert Rows Above - Get "LibreOffice 4.2 Fatal Error",
"vector::_M_range_check"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attachment
2. Open "Inventory" sheet
3. At Row 30,  use "Insert Rows Above" command 

Current behavior: Fatal Error, vector::_M_range_check

Expected behavior: Add a blank row

Thanks for reporting, but this one is already fixed :)

So just try a more recent release and be rid of this.
