how the comment bubble looks cropped

If a cell is copied, comment bubbles that appears near it in the same column will have a portion of it cut off. The full comment bubble is being draw, and then being overwritten.

Steps:
1. open black spreadsheet
2. enter 32 in A1
3. add a comment to A2 with ctrl+alt+c and then pressing esc to save
4. copy A1
5. move mouse over A2

Confirmed in 3.3.0, 4.2.4 and 4.3 beta 2 on Linux and Windows

Confirmed on openSUSE with 4.1.6.2, 4.2.5.2, 4.3.0.1.
